Soup were selected by M&S, following a three way pitch, to build an internal website as part of the company's Plan A programme.

The website allows employees at M&S to personally manage many aspects of their own wellbeing, to monitor their progress in progressing potential lifestyle choices and acts as a valuable source of help and information.
